West Ham play host to Arsenal in the Premier League tonight.
Both teams are in dire straits at the moment.
The Hammers have won just one of their last nine Premier League games, whilst the Gunners are winless in seven in the league.
They are both nearer the relegation zone than they are the Champions League spots.
West Ham fans have been incredibly frustrated with Manuel Pellegrini over the past few months.
The Chilean seems to be totally lost on the touchline. No clue, and devoid of any passion or fresh ideas.
It is clear to see for every Hammers fan that Pellegrini would benefit from trying a 3-5-2 formation.
But the 66-year-old is so stubborn and set in his ways that he will not come away from either a 4-1-4-1 or a 4-2-3-1.
West Ham need someone alongside Sebastien Haller, and Michail Antonio is perfect for the role.
A 3-5-2 would also help get the best out of Ryan Fredericks and would enable Pellegrini to use Arthur Masuaku in a more attacking role down the left-hand side.
Some West Ham fans took to Twitter and pleaded with Pellegrini to deploy a 3-5-2 against Arsenal…
