West Ham fans aren't sure about Wilshere and Noble duo

After a 4-0 opening-day hammering at Anfield, West Ham fans aren’t sure about the Jack Wilshere/Mark Noble partnership.

The duo put on sub-par displays in Merseyside, and failed to lay a blow on an energetic Liverpool midfield.

And even though it may only be game one into the Manuel Pellegrini project, some fans have seen enough of that midfield experiment.

There is a lot to analyse from that game but ultimately I find it hard to judge West Ham because Liverpool are astronomically better.
My concern was the midfield where I have to question whether Wilshere and Noble have the legs to play week in week out.

Noble & Wilshere as a midfield duo was so bad. Liverpool just strolled pass them all game, Heather Mills has more legs on that performance. No way can they play together it’s one or the other. Both the same type and offered nothing to the team.

It’s early days in the season yet, but fans certainly didn’t take to having both Wilshere and Noble in the same midfield.

And it remains to be seen if Pellegrini feels the same way. West Ham host Bournemouth next Saturday in what will be a huge chance to get their first points on the board.
