West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini spoke to reporters today ahead of his side’s clash with Aston Villa on Monday night, and provided an injury update, as quoted by Football.London.
The Hammers have made a fine start to their Premier League campaign, taking seven points from their opening four games.
Aston Villa, meanwhile, have struggled, and currently sit inside the bottom three.
West Ham will be confident of racking up another three points on Monday night.
And Manuel Pellegrini provided positive injury news ahead of the Hammers’ trip to Villa Park, as quoted by Football.London:
“No news. All the players are fit except Winston Reid and Michail Antonio.”
Both Antonio and Reid will be long-term absentees, and aside from those two, West Ham have all of their first-team regulars available for Monday night.
Villa will represent a stern test, but the Hammers should have more than enough to trouble the hosts.
Sebastien Haller will be looking to continue his fine goalscoring form, whilst the likes of Manuel Lanzini and Felipe Anderson also head into the game in fine fettle.
And a win for West Ham could see them climb inside the top four.
