West Ham have been decisive in the transfer market this summer and have negotiated the early closure of the window well.
However, there is still the prospect that one player could depart the London Stadium between today’s deadline and the 31st August – Robert Snodgrass.
Championship sides are still able to loan players from Premier League clubs up until 31 August and the Scottish winger spent last season on loan with Aston Villa.

The Birmingham Mail report that Steve Bruce wants to take advantage of Villa’s improved financial situation by bringing the former Hull wideman back to Villa Park for a second successive loan spell.
The extra breathing space gives Bruce the opportunity to assess the new state of affairs at the club and swoop for Snodgrass before the end of the month.

However, the report also says that Snodgrass will be given an opportunity to shine under new Hammers boss Manuel Pellegrini, despite the host of new creative arrivals this summer.
When everyone is fit, it is hard to see where Snodgrass fits into the team, but if injuries hit, he could be a useful option to have if he is fit and confident.
