According to a report from the Daily Star, West Ham have sounded out Mauricio Pochettino as a potential replacement for Manuel Pellegrini, but the former Tottenham boss has already rebuffed them.

The Argentine was relieved of his duties as Spurs boss last month, with Jose Mourinho taking his place.
Pellegrini is walking a tightrope in his role as Hammers boss. And there has been talk that the east London outfit should make an ambitious move for Pochettino.
The Daily Star claims that West Ham have already done exactly that. But they have been left disappointed with the 47-year-old turning down their alleged advances.
There have been plenty of names mentioned as potential successors to Pellegrini including the likes of Harry Redknapp, David Moyes and Sean Dyche.
West Ham face Southampton away tomorrow. And if they lose there, the Chilean will undoubtedly be sent packing.
Who will replace him though, remains to be seen.
Judging by the Daily Star’s report, however, it seems as though Pochettino will not be taking his place in east London.
