And with back-to-back away games against Chelsea and Wolves to come, that puts the Chilean in a very difficult position.
The Hammers are currently in the midst of a dreadful run of form. They are winless in seven Premier League games and they have fallen from third all the way down to 17th spot in the table.
West Ham sit just three points clear of the drop zone. And they are in a real relegation battle, it’s as simple as that.
And the Daily Mail claims that if the Hammers lose to both Chelsea and Wolves, Pellegrini could be given his marching orders.
The British newspaper claims that David Moyes, Sean Dyche and Eddie Howe are all under consideration to replace the Chilean.
Pellegrini seems to be bereft of ideas and any kind of passion on the touchline. Now seems like the time to make a change.
