Report claims some senior West Ham players are losing faith in Pellegrini

According to a report from the Guardian, some senior West Ham players are beginning to lose faith in Manuel Pellegrini.

The Hammers have been in shocking form over the past 10 weeks. They have just one win from their last 10 Premier League games. And they currently sit precariously in 16th spot in the table, just one point clear of the drop zone.

Pellegrini has received heavy criticism from the West Ham fans. And rightly so.

The Chilean seems to be totally lost on the touchline. His stubbornness is costing West Ham dearly, and his inability to change is really holding the team back.

And the Guardian claims that some of the Hammers’ senior players are now beginning to doubt whether the 66-year-old is the right man to take the club forward.

Plenty of names have been mentioned as potential replacements for Pellegrini. An in truth, not many of them have been inspiring.

But we are reaching a point where anyone will be able to do a better job than the former Manchester City boss.

How hard is to play two up top? How hard is it to play a 3-5-2?

If West Ham are to turn things around, something has got to change. And according to the Guardian, some of the players believe that it is the manager who is to blame for the club’s recent struggles.
