Manchester United travel to east London on Sunday to take on West Ham.
The Hammers will really fancy their chances against the Red Devils. Manuel Pellegrini’s side beat United 3-1 at home last season.
And there’s no reason why they cannot repeat that feat this time around.
West Ham head into the game with more or less a full bill of health. Winston Reid and Michail Antonio are long-term absentees. And Manuel Lanzini is a minor doubt.
Manchester United have their own problems, however.
Red Devils boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer spoke to reporters today, and shared news of a triple injury blow for his side, as quoted by the Manchester Evening News:
“Not really, no, “They’ve (Pogba and Martial) not been training yet so I don’t think so. [Luke] won’t be ready.”
United currently sit in fourth spot in the table, whilst West Ham are in eighth. The two sides both have the same points tally, however.
The Hammers will have to be at their very best to beat United. If the visitors are indeed without Martial, Pogba and Shaw, however, the east London outfit’s job will be made that slight bit easier.
