ExWHUemployee has claimed that the real reason why the West Ham owners have not yet replaced Manuel Pellegrin is that any manager would struggle to win games with Roberto in goal.

And Pellegrini seems to be out of ideas.
Plenty of names have been linked with the West Ham job including the likes of Eddie Howe, Sean Dyche and David Moyes.
It seems as though Pellegrini will be given some more time, however. And ExWHUemployee shared his theory as to why on Twitter:
Roberto has been truly shocking over the past two months. He has shipped 14 goals in six games and it is clear to see that he is not good enough for the Premier League.
Lukasz Fabianski could be set to return for West Ham’s clash with Southampton on December 14th.
And it will be interesting to see whether Pellegrini is still in charge for that game.
