West Ham transfer target Justin Kluivert has been forced to train alone away from the Roma first-team by Jose Mourinho.

That’s according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport who claim that Hammers target Kluivert is not involved with the Roma first-team pre-season training at the moment ahead of a potential exit from the Italian capital.

West Ham have been heavily linked with a move to sign the 23-year-old Roma ace by the likes of Gazzetta dello Sport in recent recent weeks.

He’s allegedly available for around £13 million this summer according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport (print edition July 7th, page 13).

David Moyes has just signed Gianluca Scamacca from Sassuolo but it could be argued that he needs further reinforcements in the wide attacking roles.

And it seems as though the Scot will have a great chance to bring in a top-class winger this summer…

Door open for West Ham to sign Justin Kluivert

The 23-year-old attacker is being forced to train alone, away from the Roma first-team as Jose Mourinho tries to seal the Dutchman’s exit from the club, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

It seems like West Ham will have a very good chance indeed to sign the Holland international now.

We think that the 23-year-old could be a very useful addition indeed for West Ham.

The Holland international, who earns around £55k-a-week according to Salary Sport, spent last season on loan with Nice and bagged six goals and six assists in 31 games (Transfermarkt).

Kluivert has bagged 47 goals and 47 assists in 221 career games (Transfermarkt).

The Dutchman possess plenty of pace, has fantastic movement and is a real threat in behind.

The Roma ace would suit West Ham’s counter-attacking setup perfectly and would provide real competition for the Hammers’ current attacking players.

£13 million for a player with Kluivert’s talent seems like fantastic value.

In today’s market, that would be a real steal for the Hammers.

Whether West Ham boss David Moyes thinks that Justin Kluivert is a necessary signing this summer remains to be seen though.
