West Ham United head coach Julen Lopetegui is under intense pressure right now, and the Hammers owners need to cut ties with him now.
Monday’s 2-1 win over Wolves bought Julen Lopetegui a little bit more time, but I’m convinced he won’t be at West Ham come Christmas.

It has actually been claimed that Lopetegui could be gone within the next 72 hours, if the Hammers lose to Bournemouth.
Whilst I never want us to lose a game of football, it might actually be the best thing that could happen to us this season.
We are clearly going nowhere with Lopetegui in charge.

In order for the Hammers to make some real progress, we need a new manager at the helm as a matter of urgency.
And the door is seemingly now wide open for the Hammers to bring in the perfect man for the job.
West Ham must appoint intense boss to replace Julen Lopetegui
The Spaniard is clearly done at the London Stadium.
It’s just a matter of time before he’s sacked as far as I’m concerned.
And when that happens, the perfect replacement is out there seemingly just waiting to get the nod.
According to a report from TEAMtalk, Sergio Conceicao‘s preference is to take over at West Ham.
And he has apparently told people in his inner-circle exactly that.
It was actually claimed a couple of weeks ago that Conceicao wants the Hammers job.
So, if the 50-year-old really has told people close to him that he wants the West Ham job, then what are the Hammers owners waiting for?
He’s arguably the world’s most intense manager, and he’s a serial winner to boot, with 11 trophies to his name throughout his career to date.

Conceicao would organise us as a unit, and make us much harder to beat than we are right now.
The Portuguese coach achieved great success during his time in charge of Porto, and I’m convinced he would be able to get a tune out of some of the underperforming players at the London Stadium.
Conceicao showcased his quality on the biggest stage last season when he took Arsenal all the way to penalties in the knockout stages of the Champions League.
He would not accept anything less than 100% from every single player at the London Stadium, and that would be incredibly refreshing to see for a change.
West Ham have to go all out to appoint Sergio Conceicao – he’s on another level entirely to Julen Lopetegui.
