It shows the great team spirit under David Moyes at West Ham United this season that players show the right attitude even when not in the side.

It also shows just how competitive West Ham are that one bad game can see you out of the team.
In the case of Pablo Fornals it has been a whirlwind in the last couple of weeks.

What a difference a game makes
The Spaniard has consistently been one of the first names on the West Ham team sheet under Moyes.
And he has become a real fan favourite too.
Fornals played a big role in the 3-2 win at Crystal Palace.
But he – like most of his teammates – struggled in the defeat to Liverpool.
The midfielder found himself dropped for the trip to Aston Villa – as did Jarrod Bowen – making way for new signing Jesse Lingard.

And the Manchester United loan star made an instant impact with a man of the match performance and two goals in a 3-1 victory.
Fornals has found out to his cost how quickly you can lose the jersey in this high flying Hammers side.
He is likely to be on the bench again when West Ham travel to Craven Cottage today.
But Fornals told whufc.com he will always try to be a ‘happy Hammer’ and has vowed to keep working hard to improve.
“I try to be a happy Hammer!” Fornals told whufc.com.

‘I am trying to improve to help the team’
“I’m really happy here, not just on the pitch but outside the pitch as well with my teammates, the fans and the staff.
“Off the pitch, I’m an open person and try to speak with everyone and try to learn some words of French, Italian and English every day, making jokes.
“I think we are a small but good family and that’s one of the reasons for our success this season.
“On the pitch, I try to take small things to grow my happiness with a good tackle or a good pass. I try to be confident about small things. When I score, I’m really happy. I am trying to improve my goalscoring and I want to give giving goals for the club and to help the team with my goals as well.”
