West Ham have placed a job advert to hire a key member of staff to work alongside manager David Moyes in the first team.
Since his return to West Ham approaching three years ago, Moyes has made it his mission to transform the club off the pitch as well as on it.
The Scot has completely revamped the recruitment department, pushed for better facilities at Rush Green and put together a more significant backroom team than West Ham have had in the past.
It has certainly worked as the Hammers have risen from relegation candidates to a genuine European outfit capable of challenging the top six.

Now Moyes is looking to improve West Ham’s knowledge of and preparation for the opposition.
