Premier League football is set to resume on June 17th after a hiatus that has lasted more than three months.
The Hammers are pencilled in to return on June 20th with a crucial home game against Wolves.
West Ham still have a lot of work to do this season if they are to avoid relegation down to the Championship.
If they do retain their Premier League status, David Moyes will undoubtedly be looking to bring in a number of high profile additions.
And Claret and Hugh suggests that the summer transfer window will re-open on July 27th – just 24 hours after the 2019/20 campaign is scheduled to finish.
That will give every West Ham fan something to look forward to after the season has finished.
The Hammers need to invest some real money this summer if they are to make any kind of progress over the next few years.
David Moyes will surely have to shift some of the deadwood, however, before he brings in any new faces to the London Stadium.
Whatever happens though, West Ham undoubtedly have a busy summer ahead of them.
