It has been unfair in truth. The Algeria international has been superb for the Hammers at times this season.

And Claret and Hugh claims that Benrahma could be dropped for our next game against Wolves with Pablo Fornals taking his place.

The former Brentford ace has received plenty of criticism from David Moyes since he moved to the London Stadium, most of it unjustified.

Benrahma’s confidence has undoubtedly been dented after Moyes’s unwarranted criticism this season. And if he is dropped against Wolves, it really could affect him.

Benrahma certainly has the talent. He just needs a bit of luck. A goal would go a long way to unlocking the 25-year-old’s confidence and true potential.
