The picture was taken from a video of Rice greeted by his pet dog on returning from his last spell away on England duty.
Hammers fans lapped it up.
Supporters showered Rice with praise as he prepares to lead West Ham out against bitter rivals Tottenham on Sunday.
Some might say Rice looks like he is playing in his slippers at times.
West Ham can consolidate their push for European football with a win over Spurs.
