According to the print edition of The Sun on Sunday (November 17th, page 67), Tony Pulis is keen on the West Ham job.
Pulis will reportedly turn down the chance to take Neil Warnock’s job at Cardiff City. Instead, he believes he is good enough to secure a return to the Premier League.
There are two clubs on his radar. Pulis is clearly targeting relegation-threatened sides who will look to trade in their underperforming foreign manager for a tried-and-tested British manager.
Pulis wants Southampton or West Ham

The West Ham job is one that Pulis is eyeing. With Manuel Pellegrini failing to inspire a team of talented players on paper, there are some calls for his head.
Meanwhile, Pulis is also considering the Southampton job. Ralph Hasenhuttl’s men are in the relegation zone, have shipped 29 league goals this season and lost 9-0 to Leicester City recently.
There are no suggestions that Pellegrini’s job is under immediate threat. But West Ham are without a win since beating Manchester United and some of his decisions have been questionable.
But Pulis is not a popular figure among West Ham fans. Here are some tweets reacting to Pulis wanting the West Ham gig.
