Some West Ham United fans believe Winston Reid’s days at the club are numbered.
Supporters have been reacting to unconfirmed reports that the New Zealand defender has suffered yet another setback in injury hell.
Reid has been out of action since suffering a freak knee injury in West Ham’s game against Swansea City in March 2018.
The Hammers hero was knocked unconscious and fell to the ground awkwardly.
He then underwent surgery after suffering a setback but had returned to training over the summer.

Report claims Reid has suffered new injury setback
Reid, now 31, made an appearance in pre-season but has not been seen since.
The Kiwi was due to play for West Ham’s Under 23 development side over the last week.
But his name was missing from the teamsheet.
A report from Football Insider claims Reid’s comeback has now been put on hold for ‘several weeks’.
Of course it goes without saying that all West Ham fans want to see Reid fit, healthy and back in the claret and blue again.

Injury-plagued defender still has FOUR years on deal
But there is no escaping the fact he has played just 19 games since West Ham handed him a bumper six-year deal back in 2017 (whufc.com).
Reid will never be forgotten by Hammers fans. His thunderous goal against Millwall earned him cult hero status.
And he underlined that with the winning goal in the thrilling 3-2 victory over Manchester United that brought the curtain down on West Ham’s beloved Upton Park back in 2016.
It seems many West Ham fans have seen enough, though. And now many are calling on Reid to retire following the latest injury setback claims.
But he has an astonishing FOUR YEARS left on his current deal.
