West Ham played host to Wolves in the Premier League today. It was a very disappointing display on the whole. But some Hammers fans absolutely raved about the performance of Tomas Soucek.

David Moyes’s side had been out of action since March 7th before today’s game. And it really showed early on.
West Ham were slow and laboured in their play, lethargic in their running and they lacked any kind of invention or guile in the final third.
Having said that, there was one player who stood out amongst the rest – Tomas Soucek.
Against Wolves today, the midfielder made two tackles, with a 100 per cent success rate. He made one clearance and won over 50 per cent of his aerial duals and individual duals (Football Critic).
The Czech Republic international joined the Hammers on loan in January. And his move to the London Stadium will become a permanent one if West Ham avoid relegation this season (The Guardian).
He has really impressed in every single game that he has played for the east London outfit thus far.
The 25-year-old has brought some much needed energy, dynamism and power to the Hammers’ central midfield.
He clearly has what it takes to succeed in the Premier League.
And some West Ham fans absolutely raved about Soucek after his display against Wolves today…
