West Ham play-maker Manuel Lanzini has been pictured on holiday with Tottenham quartet Erik Lamela, Eric Dier, Juan Foyth and Davinson Sanchez. And with Hammers boss David Moyes allegedly keen to sell the Argentine, the photo will likely lead to rumours surrounding his future.

ExWHUemployee claimed last month that Moyes is keen to cash in on the 27-year-old this summer.

He joined the Hammers on loan in the summer of 2015, before making his move to east London a permanent one the following summer for around £9 million (Daily Mail).

The diminutive play-maker was an instant hit at West Ham. The fans loved him and he was quickly nicknamed the Hammers’ diamond.

Fall from grace

But he just has not been the same player since suffering a serious injury in the build up to the World Cup in Russia in the summer of 2018.

Lanzini endured an awful campaign last season, with just two assists and no goals to his name in 24 Premier League games (Who Scored).

And with Moyes in desperate need of some cash in order to fund a spending spree, the 27-year-old seems like a prime candidate for the chop.

At the moment, however, Lanzini is enjoying a holiday. And the little Argentine has been pictured alongside four Tottenham players:

There is no suggestion that Spurs boss Jose Mourinho actually wants to sign the Hammers play-maker.

It is commonly known that Lanzini is very good friends with fellow countryman Erik Lamela. And we really shouldn’t read too much into the photo.

But who knows? If Lanzini is sold, perhaps a move up to north London wouldn’t be the most unlikely of scenarios.
