There is no love lost between West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur.
Spurs fans were quick to mock West Ham over their move to the London Stadium.
In fairness a large section of West Ham’s own fans were not happy with the move.
But Tottenham and other rival fans have tormented them ever since.

‘You’re not West Ham anymore’
Indeed Spurs supporters take great delight singing “You’re not West Ham anymore” on their visits to East London. The inference being they have sacrificed the soul of the club leaving Upton Park for the former Olympic Stadium.
West Ham fans are still irked by the huge gap between the stands and the pitch but things have steadily improved.
The tables turned somewhat recently when West Ham got permission to eventually raise their capacity to 66,000.
That is some 4,000 more than Tottenham’s new ground and makes the London Stadium the second biggest in the Premier League.

Tables have turned

It was reported by The Guardian in 2017 that clients would be able ‘to select their own specially sourced half-time cheeses’.
The bizarre proposals quickly became the modern-day version of the prawn sandwich.
As the news broke West Ham fans quickly flooded Twitter with their mockery and a succession of cheese-based puns.
