Goalkeeper
Unsurprisingly, Lukasz Fabianski remains in goal. The Poland international has been a rare bright spark for the Hammers this season.
Defence
There are changes at full-back. Pablo Zabaleta has been reinstated in the team, replacing Ryan Fredericks. Arthur Masuaku has replaced Aaron Cresswell at left-back after returning from injury.
In the heart of defence, new signings Issa Diop and Fabian Balbuena will look to keep the Everton strikers at bay.
Midfield
In a completely new look central midfield, Pedro Obiang, Mark Noble and Declan Rice will line up together.
Felipe Anderson will play out wide, while Andriy Yarmolenko is handed his first league start on the other wing.
Striker
Marko Arnautovic keeps his place in the side, as expected. With Javier Hernandez out with illness, West Ham fans will be hoping Arnautovic can add to his two goals in four games this season.
The bench
West Ham have a few impact options from the bench. Robert Snodgrass, Michail Antonio and Lucas Perez can add some attacking impetus as a substitute.
Carlos Sanchez offers a different option in central midfield.
If there are injuries at the back, Pellegrini has goalkeeper Adrian or defenders Aaron Cresswell and Angelo Ogbonna to call upon.
