Both the Hammers and Spurs are desperate for another centre-forward.

David Moyes needs to provide more competition for Sebastien Haller at the London Stadium. And Jose Mourinho needs to add an established forward to offer cover for Harry Kane at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

And Mundo Deportivo claims that Real Betis ace Loren Moron could be the man for the job for either West Ham or Tottenham.

It is claimed that the La Liga side have already rejected an £11 million bid for the 26-year-old, but are willing to sell the Spaniard for around £18 million. That is in spite of Moron reportedly having a £45 million release clause.

Good signing?

The 26-year-old racked up 12 goals and three assists in 39 games for Betis last season (Transfermarkt).

Moron is clearly not the most prolific, but he has other strings to his bow.

According to La Liga Analysis, the Spaniard possesses great movement and is an exceptionally hard worker.

He wouldn’t be a marquee signing for West Ham or Tottenham by any means. But he might just be a useful addition for either side.

Spending £18 million on the striker might be somewhat of a gamble for the Hammers or Spurs, however, considering the fact that Moron has no experience of playing Premier League football.
