According to a report from the Daily Star, Napoli and Lazio have both rejected the chance to sign West Ham winger Felipe Anderson. David Moyes is allegedly keen to move the Brazilian on this summer.

The 27-year-old Brazilian joined the Hammers from Lazio in the summer of 2018 for around £42 million (Football.London).

Anderson enjoyed an impressive debut campaign at the London Stadium, with five assists and 10 goals to his name in 40 games for West Ham.

But his form has fallen off the face of a cliff this term.

The 27-year-old has racked up only one goal and four assists this season for the Hammers (Transfermarkt).

Anderson done at West Ham?

David Moyes needs to sell before he is allowed to buy this summer. That has been widely reported from various different sources.

And it seems as though the South American winger could be a prime candidate for the chop.

The Daily Star claims Moyes wants Anderson gone. In fact, the British tabloid suggests that the 27-year-old Hammers wingers has already been offered to Serie A sides Napoli and Lazio. But both clubs allegedly rejected the chance to sign him.

The former Lazio man, who earns £80,000 per week (Daily Star), has been so poor this season. And if West Ham mange to sell him for £25 million or more, it must be considered decent business, despite the fact that they would have lost money on the speed merchant.

Whether the Hammers mange to do that, however, remains to be seen.
