According to a report from Bleacher Report, Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho is prepared to offer Eric Dier to West Ham, but David Moyes is not keen on signing the 26-year-old.

Spurs allegedly want to sign Hammers ace Declan Rice (Bleacher Report).
But the 21-year-old West Ham starlet’s reported £70 million price-tag is too expensive for Tottenham (Evening Standard).
Bleacher Report suggest that in order to circumnavigate that problem, Spurs are prepared to offer Dier in part exchange, plus cash, for Rice.
But it has been claimed that David Moyes has no interest in bringing the 40-capped England international to the London Stadium.
The 26-year-old joined Spurs from Sporting Lisbon in the summer of 2014 for around £4 million (BBC).
And the Englishman has gone on to rack up 11 goals and 11 assists in 235 appearances for Tottenham (Transfermarkt).
Dier, who earns £60,000 per week according to Spotrac, has made 169 Premier League appearances for the north London outfit.
And in those outings, he has made 284 tackles, 244 interceptions, 494 clearances and 706 ball recoveries.
The 26-year-old Tottenham ace has also won 780 individual duals and 384 aerial battles (premierleague.com).
Rejecting chance to sign Dier the right-call?
In truth, the Tottenham ace has been very poor over the past year or two.
The 26-year-old is not in the same league as Rice. West Ham could, and should do a lot better.
And if the report is true, Moyes is 100 per cent right in rejecting the chance to sign Dier.
