And Sky Sports reckon that West Ham have moved on. The east London club have allegedly submitted a £23 million bid, plus £10 million in add-ons, for Saint-Etienne centre-back Wesley Fofana.
And Sky Sports claim that the 19-year-old Frenchman would love to move to the Premier League and play for the Hammers.

Fofana made 14 Ligue 1 appearances last season and averaged 1.8 tackles, 2.6 interceptions and 3.7 clearances per game. He also won 4.5 aerial duals on average per match (Who Scored).
The French youth international is clearly a very good player. And he has an outstanding future ahead of him in the game.
Signing Fofana would be a clear sign that we are finally planning for the future. And it would be a really refreshing change. The St-Etienne ace would be an exceptionally exciting addition for us.
And Sky Sports claiming that he would love to move to West Ham is a big boost for everyone involved with the club.
