According to a report from the Sunday People (August 9th, page 61), Leicester, Southampton and Crystal Palace all want to sign West Ham winger Grady Diangana this summer. But David Moyes will undoubtedly fight to keep him at the club.
The Hammers boss has big plans for the 22-year-old ace at the London Stadium next season, according to a report from Football.London.
West Ham surely won’t want to sell Diangana this summer. But with David Moyes in need of raising some fast cash, it wouldn’t be the most surprising thing to happen.
The Hammers value the talented winger at around £20 million (Daily Star).
And the the Sunday People (August 9th, page 61) claims that Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers wants to bring Diangana to the King Power Stadium this summer.
The Foxes allegedly could face competition from Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl and Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson, however.
The 22-year-old winger spent last season on loan with West Brom. And his impressive campaign led to interest in his signature from the Baggies, as well as Celtic and Rangers (The Herald).
Diangana played a key role in Slaven Bilic’s side gaining promotion last season. The West Ham owned attacker racked up eight goals and seven assists in 30 Championship outings for West Brom (Transfermarkt).
He is clearly ready to make the jump up to the next level. And the Hammers must do everything within their power to keep hold of Diangana this summer.
If the Mirror are to be believed, however, the 22-year-old could be plying his trade at St Mary’s, the King Power Stadium or Selhurst Park next season.
Let’s just hope our owners dig their heels in and keep the speedy trickster in east London.
