According to a report from the Sun, Grady Diangana is worried about the amount of game-time he will receive at West Ham next season.
In other news…Report: David Moyes is desperate to sell 6ft 2in West Ham man with 14 international caps
The Sun suggest that Celtic, Ajax, Newcastle and Everton are all keen to sign the 22-year-old winger this summer.
Diangana has been on fire on loan with West Brom this season. The talented Hammers youngster has racked up seven goals and six assists in 28 Championship outings for the Baggies (Transfermarkt).
David Moyes will surely want to keep him at the London Stadium. In fact, Football.London claims that the Scot plans to use Diangana as a key player next term.
But the Sun suggests that the 22-year-old is concerned that he might not be given regular game-time at West Ham next season.
And if true, that could be bad news for the Hammers’ chances of keeping him. Unless Moyes can convince Diangana that he will in fact be playing regularly next season, the youngster may be tempted to move on.
Losing Grady should not be an option, however. The 22-year-old is the future for the Hammers. And he is the kind of talent Moyes should be building a team around.
The Scot should be looking to keep hold of the winger at all costs, and he needs to be a pivotal part for West Ham next season.
The Sun claims that around £15-20 million could be enough to prise Diangana away from the London Stadium this summer.
Selling him for that kind of money would be a huge mistake from the Hammers, however.
Let’s just hope that Moyes and the club’s owners see sense.
