According to a report from the the Sun, Everton and Newcastle are both keeping a close eye on West Ham winger Grady Diangana.
In other news…’Crucial’: David Moyes waxes lyrical about West Ham ace who has seemingly surprised him
The 22-year-old winger has spent this season on loan with West Brom. And he has really impressed.
Baggies boss Slaven Bilic will undoubtedly want to keep Diangana at the Hawthorns. But David Moyes wants the young star to play a key role for the Hammers at the London Stadium next summer (Football.London).
It now seems that the 22-year-old could be plying his trade at either Goodison Park or St James’ Park next season, however.
The Sun claims that Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti and Newcastle manager Steve Bruce are both keen to sign the West Ham ace.
And it is suggested that the east London outfit will demand around £15-20 million for Diangana.
Magnificent season for Grady
The pacy winger has seven goals and six assists to his name in 28 Championship outings for West Brom so far this season (Transfermarkt).
In those appearances, Diangana has averaged 1.6 shots, 1.3 key passes and 2.5 dribbles per match (Who Scored).
He is undoubtedly a hugely exciting talent.
And the Toffees and the Magpies would surely love to get their hands on him.
West Ham shouldn’t even contemplate selling him for £20 million, however. Diangana should be the future of David Moyes’s team at the London Stadium. And the Scot must do everything he can to keep hold of the 22-year-old this summer.
With Everton and Newcastle circling though, the Hammers may find it hard to keep the young star in east London at the end of this season.
