According to a report from the Express, West Ham boss David Moyes is weighing up a bid from Napoli for Pablo Fornals.

The 24-year-old joined the Hammers from Villarreal in the summer of 2019 for around £25 million (The Telegraph).
Fornals initially struggled to settle at the London Stadium, but he ended up being an ever present feature for Manuel Pellegrini.
When the Chilean was moved on and replaced by David Moyes in December last year, the Spaniard once again found himself on the bench.
But the 24-year-old play-maker proved himself to the Scot and ended up being a regular first-team starter when football resumed after the enforced break from March to June.
Fornals was shunted out on the left, however. And that is clearly not his best position. If we are to see the best of the talented Spaniard, he must be deployed centrally, just in behind the main striker.
We may never get the chance to see the 24-year-old at his best in east London, however. That’s according tot he Express who claim that West Ham are weighing up an offer from Napoli for the Spaniard.
It would be a shame to give up on Fornals so soon. But considering the Hammers’ current financial woes, if a big offer comes in from Napoli for the Spaniard, it may prove to be difficult for David Sullivan and David Gold to refuse.
Stats
The 24-year-old racked up two goals and five assists in 36 Premier League games for West Ham last season (Who Scored). He also chipped in with another two goals in cup competitions.
In those 36 league outings, Fornals averaged one shot and 0.5 key passes per game. He also made 23.4 passes on average per game with a completion rate of 78.8% (Who Scored).
The general consensus is that the best is still to come from the silky Spaniard.
But money talks. And with our owners, it would come as no shock if they did indeed decide to cash in on Fornals this summer.
