According to a report from the Telegraph, Crystal Palace and Fulham both want to sign West Ham midfielder Josh Cullen this summer.

Hammers boss David Moyes needs to bolster his ranks at the London Stadium this summer. But it is common knowledge that he has to sell before he can buy.
West Ham should be prioritising the additions of a new left-back and centre-forward this summer. They could also do with a new right-back and centre-back.
If Declan Rice ends up leaving the London Stadium, the addition of a new central midfielder will surely be on the cards.
So selling Cullen wouldn’t make any sense at the moment. The 24-year-old has the kind of mobility and energy that Mark Noble desperately lacks. And the Westcliff-on-Sea born midfielder seems to be the ideal replacement for the ageing Hammers skipper.
Cullen a wanted man
In spite of that, the Telegraph are claiming that West Ham’s London rivals Crystal Palace and Fulham could make a move for Cullen.
The 24-year-old was in fine form for Charlton in the Championship last season. He racked up one goal and two assists in 34 league games for the Addicks. In those appearances, the 24-year-old averaged 44.9 passes per game with an impressive completion rate of 83%. He laso averaged 1.6 key passes per game (Who Scored).
As things stand, David Moyes will surely want to keep hold of Cullen. But much will depend on how much money West Ham are offered for his services.
With David Sullivan and David Gold desperately trying to raise funds, it would be no surprise to see the Hammers move the 24-year-old midfielder on this summer. Even if that means strengthening two teams who will be in and around them in the league table next season.
