According to a report from the Express, West Ham are interested in signing Celtic defender Kristoffer Ajer this summer.

Hammers boss David Moyes will be keen to bolster his central defensive ranks at the London Stadium this summer.
Angelo Ogbonna is ageing, although he is still our best centre-back. Meanwhile, Issa Diop, Fabian Balbuena and Winston Reid have all been linked with exits from east London.
And Celtic ace Kristoffer Ajer would be a great option for West Ham.
Neil Lennon has already admitted that any of his Hoops players who want to leave Parkhead are free to do so this summer (Irish Mirror).
Stats
The 22-year-old joined Celtic in the summer of 2016, and he has gone on to be a real hit at Parkhead.
The giant 6ft 6in ace is most comfortable playing at centre-back, but he can also play in the defensive midfield role.
Ajer played 28 league games for Celtic last season, and racked up three goals and two assists in the process (Transfermarkt). He played a key role for the club as they marched on to their ninth consecutive league title.
Given the 14-capped Norway international’s size, it is unsurprising that he is totally dominant in the air.
In eight Europa League games for the Bhoys last season, he won an average of 3.5 aerial duals per game (Who Scored).
There is one massive problem for West Ham, however. The Express claims that Celtic want around £20 million for Ajer. So it seems that the 22-year-old is unattainable as things stand.
If David Moyes manages to garner some cash by selling the likes of Felipe Anderson, Manuel Lanzini, Fabian Balbuena and Jack Wilshere, however, there is a chance that we could bring Celtic’s brilliant Norwegian defender to the London Stadium this summer.
