David Moyes clearly needs to sign an established goalscorer this summer.

Sebastien Haller and Albian Ajeti have both failed to impress since joining West Ham last summer.

And it would be no surprise to see one or even both of them be moved on this summer.

ExWHUemployee claimed that Bournemouth hitman Callum Wilson could be a target for the Hammers, when speaking on the West Ham Way podcast (Thursday July 23rd).

The 28-year-old has scored plenty of goals in his career, with 91 strikes in 244 games (Transfermarkt). He is also a four-capped England international. So Wilson obviously has genuine quality.

The problem is that the Cherries hitman has a terrible record with injuries. And he is far from popular with the West Ham fans. Wilson has blatantly handled the ball on two occasions against the Hammers over the past two seasons, leading to goals for Bournemouth.

The Sun claims that the English striker could be available for just £10 million.

But some West Ham fans have taken to Twitter urging Moyes not to bring the 28-year-old to the London Stadium this summer…
