West Ham boss David Moyes desperately needs to bring another striker to the London Stadium this summer. And Liverpool forward Divock Origi could be the ideal man for the job, with Jurgen Klopp reportedly ready to sell the Belgian hitman.

Albian Ajeti recently left the Hammers to link up with Celtic.

And now West Ham are woefully short in the centre-forward department.

It will be key for Moyes to try and get the best out of Sebastien Haller next season.

And Liverpool striker Divock Origi could hold the key to unlock the misfiring Frenchman.

According to Goal, Reds boss Jurgen Klopp wants to sell the 25-year-old this summer in order to raise funds.

Origi moved to Anfield from Lille in the summer of 2014 for around £10 million (BBC).

Unfortunately for the Belgian international, however, things haven’t quite worked out for him on Merseyside.

Potentially perfect addition for West Ham

Origi has shown glimpses of his undeniable talent though. And he has scored some very big goals for Liverpool – none more so than his strike in the 2019 Champions League final against Tottenham.

The former Lille forward is a really hard worker. When the 25-year-old has played for Liverpool, he has demonstrated his willingness to make tireless and unselfish runs into the channels.

Origi’s ability to occupy opposing defenders and drag them out of position would help to free up space for Haller.

Sure, the Belgian’s goal record isn’t great, but if given regular game-time at West Ham, he might just flourish what with the extra confidence that he would gain from that.

Origi’s salary shouldn’t represent a problem for the Hammers, with Spotekz claiming he is on just £50k-a-week at Liverpool.

And if Klopp is prepared to sell the striker for a bargain fee this summer, David Moyes should not hesitate to bring the Belgium international to West Ham
