West Ham’s first-team training pictures have come out and there is one exciting youngster in the images. Pictures show Nathan Holland, Conor Coventry and Ajibola Alese working with the senior squad ahead of the trip to Manchester United.

Holland has been pictured in action, warming up alongside Felipe Anderson and Manuel Lanzini. Behind him in the image is two of his under-23 team-mates: Coventry and Alese.

It is not the first time Manuel Pellegrini has run the rule over Holland in first-team training. And with little to play for other than pride, this is the perfect time to introduce the winger to Premier League football.

The 20-year-old is back from an early-season injury that possibly cost him a first-team call-up in the cup. And since his return from injury, the former Everton winger has scored once and provided six assists in eight Premier League 2 games.

Coventry is training with the West Ham squad, having made his first-team debut against Macclesfield Town earlier this season.

The Republic of Ireland under-21 captain is a tough-tackling midfielder who has thoroughly impressed in the development side.

And the third exciting young player who could impress Pellegrini is Alese. The 18-year-old centre-back plays for England at youth level and is excelling in defence for the under-23s.

With five games left to play and West Ham floating in mid-table, perhaps Pellegrini is thinking about blooding in these three youngsters.
