Enner Valencia – Everton
The striker came on at half-time during Everton’s 3-1 home win against Burnley this weekend. With the game tied at 0-0 and Everton struggling to break down the away side, Valencia was introduced to the game. During his minutes he had two shots, one of which was on target. His passing statistics were also good, completing over 90% and providing one key pass. Valencia has been a bit part player for Everton this season making 17 appearances, but 14 of which were as a substitute.
Josh Cullen – Bradford City
The midfielder played both games over the Easter weekend for Bradford and had mixed fortunes. First, they beat Oxford 1-0 at home but, were then beaten 3-0 away as Sheffield United were crowned league champions. Cullen has been a mainstay of the Bradford side this season making 39 appearances and scoring once.
George Dobson – Walsall
Dobson came on in the 75th minute in the 1-0 home win over Swindon Town. The home side left it late to find a winner but struck with five minutes remaining. Dobson was an unused substitute in Fridays 1-1 draw away to Shrewsbury.
Jaanai Gordon (Newport County) remained on the bench for both games this weekend, first in the 1-0 win over Yeovil and then again during the 6-1 defeat away to Plymouth.
Tony Martinez (Oxford United) did not feature for Oxford in either game this weekend.
Reece Oxford (Reading) was an unused substitute during the Rotherham game but did not make the squad for the trip to Villa.
