Pundit Jamie Redknapp has bucked the trend and is refusing to write West Ham United off yet.
Manuel Pellegrini has endured a disastrous start to life in East London.
Four defeats from the opening four Premier League games has left the Hammers bottom of the fledgling table with zero points.
Dark clouds are already gathering above the London Stadium.
The vultures are circling and the knives are already out for Pellegrini.
Pundits and fans have predicted doom and disaster for the East Londoners.
Many of the same pundits who praised the club and the business they did during the summer.

‘I do think it will click for Pellegrini’
It is true West Ham have failed to show any real signs of becoming a cohesive team under Pellegrini so far.
But surely it is folly to throw in the towel already?
Well Hammers fans there is still hope.
That’s according to pundit Jamie Redknapp in his Daily Mail column.
“Despite splashing out close to £100million, now more than ever the owners have to remain patient,” Redknapp wrote in The Daily Mail.
“I do think it will click for Pellegrini and he will benefit from having the international break to work with his squad.

‘Do this and results will come’
“The best way to win over the West Ham faithful is to work hard, chase lost causes and give their all. Do that and results will come.”
West Ham will need to pull off a few shocks to prove Redknapp right.
Everton is not traditionally a happy hunting ground for West Ham.
Then they face Chelsea and Manchester United in two daunting home games.
Could it be that level of opposition will focus a few hearts and minds?
Pellegrini still has a few backers like Redknapp fighting his corner.
And West Ham fans will back their team with new verve after the international break, particularly against their more illustrious opponents at home.
But failure to show significant signs of improvement will eat away at Pellegrini’s fan club.
