Meanwhile, Angelo Ogbonna, who has been immense recently, turned 32 a couple of months ago.

The problem for David Moyes, however, is that it has been widely reported that he has limited funds to play with this summer.

In spite of this, ExWHUemployee has claimed that West Ham could make a move for Brighton defender Shane Duffy


The 28-year-old Irishman made 19 Premier League appearances for the Seagulls this season, scoring one goal in the process (Who Scored).

In those outings, he averaged 0.9 tackles, 1.1 interceptions and 3.7 clearances per game. Duffy also won 3.7 aerial duals on average per game in those appearances (Who Scored).

The 28-year-old is a big, strong and commanding centre-back.

Some West Ham fans were completely divided by the claims that Moyes could attempt to bring Duffy to the London Stadium, however…
