ExWHUemployee has claimed that Newcastle midfielder Isaac Hayden could be an option for West Ham if David Moyes is forced to sell Declan Rice this summer.

The Hammers boss may be looking to strengthen his central midfield ranks, with Carlos Sanchez having already left and Mark Noble set to turn 34 next season.
As things stand though, signing a central midfielder will not be his priority.
If Declan Rice leaves, however, it will be an absolute necessity for the Scot to bolster his engine room.
And ExWHUemployee has suggested that Newcastle midfielder Isaac Hayden could be an option for West Ham:
The Daily Star claimed last week that the 25-year-old Magpies ace is being tracked by the Hammers.
And it would be absolutely no surprise to see Hayden leave St James’ Park in order to move to the London Stadium.
The former Arsenal ace has just switched agents. Yep, you’ve guessed it, he’s now part of David Sullivan favourite Will Salthouse’s stable.
Hayden would be a useful addition for us. But let’s be honest here for a minute. The former Arsenal man isn’t in Rice’s league.
Stats
Hayden racked up one goal and two assists in 29 Premier League games for Newcastle last season (Who Scored).
He played a key role for Steve Bruce, with his versatility proving to be very important for the Toon. The 25-year-old can play in central defence or in the defensive midfield position.
In 29 Premier League outings last season, Hayden averaged 1.9 tackles, 1.3 interceptions. 1.1 clearances and 1.7 aerial duals won per game (Who Scored).
The Newcastle ace is a very solid Premier League player. And he is the kind of signing West Ham should be making this summer.
But if he is signed as a replacement for Rice there will be a mutiny amongst the West Ham fans. The owners surely wouldn’t do that to us would they? Would they?
