West Ham insider ExWHUemployee has taken to Twitter this morning with some really positive news on the injury front.

The Hammers are currently missing some of their key players, which is certainly not ideal at this time of the season, especially considering some of the games that lie in wait for them.

Michail Antonio has been out since December 28th, whilst Ryan Fredericks sustained a hamstring injury against Gillingham in the FA Cup on January 5th.

Meanwhile, Lukasz Fabianski aggravated a hip injury against Sheffield United on January 10th.

They all could be closing in on a return to action soon, however, according to ExWHUemployee.

It wasn’t all good news though.

Hammers ace Felipe Anderson could be out for longer than expected.

The reliable West Ham insider provided the following injury update this morning:

Obviously having Anderson out until February is a real blow for the Hammers, but Antonio’s return cannot come quick enough. The same goes for Fabianski.

It could actually be argued that the Englishman and the Polish stopper are West Ham’s two most important players.

And despite the fact that Ryan Fredericks hasn’t been great this season, his return to the team is much-needed, with 35-year-old Pablo Zabaleta struggling to cover the former Fulham man.

So it is unquestionably great news all round for Hammers fans.
