West Ham United boss David Moyes is not happy with the development regarding Michail Antonio this week.
Alan Brazil says Celtic star ‘is a possibility’ for West Ham this summer, cites Moyes link
That’s according to reliable West Ham insider ExWHUemployee.
According to Sky Sports, Antonio has been approached by Jamaica. And the Hammer star is said to be ‘passionate’ about representing them.
Especially as the Reggae Boyz bid to make it to the 2022 World Cup finals.

West Ham star Antonio set to pledge international allegiance to Reggae Boyz – reports
The West Ham forward has twice been named in past England squads. First by ex Hammers boss Sam Allardyce and then Gareth Southgate.
As a result of non-selection and injury, Antonio – who was born in London to Jamaican parents – never made his debut.
The West Ham star is therefore free to switch his allegiance to Jamaica – who he reportedly turned down for England back in 2016 (Sky Sports).
Antonio’s impending switch has not gone down well with Hammers boss Moyes, though.

Insider claims Moyes isn’t happy with impending Antonio decision
Speaking on his Patreon site, ExWHUemployee made the claim.
“David Moyes is said to not be keen on the idea of Michail Antonio switching his international allegiances to Jamaica from England,” ExWHUemployee said on his Patreon site.
“He is worried that with Antonio’s injury record he could do without having to make regular trips back and forth from international matches in the Caribbean!
“Moyes is thought to understand Antonio’s desires to represent the country of his parent’s birth, he hopes he holds out for a possible England call.”

Moyes sends timely reminder to Southgate
Ex’s claim comes after Moyes told the press Antonio should hold out for an England call (Sky Sports).
Speaking in his press conference ahead of West Ham’s game at Man City, Moyes sent a timely reminder to England boss Gareth Southgate.
“I am still holding out he has a chance to get picked for England,” Moyes said of Antonio, who has scored 15 goals in 33 matches for West Ham since being converted to a striker by Moyes after the first lockdown (Sky Sports).
“I wouldn’t say no to Jamaica but I haven’t spoken to him about it.”
