Declan Rice’s performances this season have made him a fan favourite at The London Stadium.
The 19-year-old is now a regular in the holding midfield role at West Ham, playing a crucial role in the recent form.
And it is not just West Ham fans who appear to have noticed Rice’s ability as a defensive midfielder.

Don Strapzy – a rap artist – mentions Rice in his latest song: “I Drink Water and I Exercise“.
The rapper took to social media and posted a 39-second clip of his new track with the line about Rice featuring in the middle.
Don Strapzy’s lyric is: “G, I’m breaking up the play, I think I’m Declan Rice.”
Rice was clearly delighted by this, taking to Twitter to share the video, captioning it: “Breaking up the play I think I’m…”, followed by hand-over-the-mouth and flame emojis.
West Ham fans flocked to Twitter to hear the track and especially the line about Rice. Their cult hero’s recognition delighted several Hammers supporters on social media.
