Chelsea and Manchester United are thought to be keen on signing the West Ham midfielder (The Express).
West Ham value Rice at around £100 million according to The Daily Mail.
Let’s just hope that one of the big boys don’t come knocking with that kind of cash.

The Hammers owners absolutely must go all out in the transfer market to prove to the 22-year-old that they can match his ambition.
Two or three ambitious signings could be all that is required for Rice to commit his long-term future to West Ham.
Let’s just hope that David Sullivan and David Gold are prepared to bring in the kind of names that will excite Dec.
