In fact, the contract has already been wrapped up according to insiders Claret and Hugh and ExWHUemployee.
Moyes has worked absolute miracles since taking charge at the London Stadium for the second time in December 2019.
He led the Hammers to safety in the 2019/20 season. Then the magic really started to happen.
Vladimir Coufal, Said Benrahma and Craig Dawson were signed whilst Tomas Soucek joined West Ham on a permanent deal having enjoyed a six-month loan spell in East London.
The Hammers were absolutely brilliant last season and ended the campaign in sixth spot in the Premier League table.
Europa League football now beckons for West Ham. And what an unbelievable thing that is to say considering where we were this time last year.

The 58-year-old Scot is set to be at the helm at the London Stadium for at least the next three years according to Claret and Hugh and ExWHUemployee.
Considering just how good Moyes has been in his role as Hammers boss, getting him signed up for the long-term will be vitally important.
Especially with Everton’s alleged interest in the West Ham manager (The Times).
