Nikola Vlasic has raved about life in Torino and his comments should really worry the West Ham United fans.
Vlasic endured a disastrous spell with West Ham after moving to the London Stadium for around £25 million on transfer deadline day in the summer of 2021 (The Athletic).

Vlasic is obviously loving life in Turin and has bagged three goals in seven outings for Torino so far (Transfermarkt).

It seems very likely that Vlasic will leave the London Stadium. And we’re fine with that. It’s something that he has said out in Italy that worries us though…
Nikola Vlasic comments will frustrate West Ham fans
The 24-year-old has been excelling out in Italy.
He has been in fine fettle out in Turin, and seems like a player reborn this season.
Vlasic sat down and spoke with Italian publication La Stampa, and admitted that he is absolutely loving life with Torino, highlighting the difference between how he feels at his new club and West Ham:

There is a huge difference mentally for me (between my time at West Ham and Torino). I feel reborn in Italy, I feel free again. Everything is going well at Torino. I am working hard, I know there is a lot to do, but I am sure I’ll benefit from this in the future. What counts the most is to play consistently, which is what I am doing here. I feel trust from everyone and there is nothing I can complain about.
It’s the ‘trust from everyone’ comments that concern us.
He clearly felt like David Moyes had absolutely no faith in him. So maybe the Scot needs to look at himself and the way that he man manages certain players.
We believe that Moyes has ruined Said Benrahma with his handling of the Algerian both on and off the pitch, and the same obviously happened with Vlasic.
Nikola Vlasic was never really given the chance to prove himself at West Ham. He was never played in his correct position, which is actually farcical if you think about it.
We’re far from Vlasic fans but it does feel like Moyes failed to get the best out of the former CSKA Moscow man.
He’s now clearly loving life in Italy, and we wish him all the best in the future.
