Charlie Nicholas believes Sebastien Haller could be the man who makes the difference as West Ham travel to Everton.
Sky Sports pundit Nicholas gave his prediction for the Everton-Hammers clash in his weekly feature. He has tipped West Ham to win 2-1 to pile the misery on Everton and Marco Silva.
Haller, who has scored four goals since joining in the summer, could be the difference-maker, according to Nicholas. With a natural goalscorer up front, West Ham pose a real threat at Goodison Park.
Nicholas impressed by Haller
Nicholas believes Haller is the Hammers danger man this Saturday. He wrote: “Everton fans will think they should beat West Ham, but there is a shrewdness about a Manuel Pellegrini team and they are dangerous up front with Sebastian Haller.
They will agitate, frustrate and counter-attack for 20 minutes and sit in, which will cause Everton a lot of problems, especially if they don’t score.”
Can Haller bag again?
Haller has been in fine form since moving from Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer. The Frenchman is a target man in the number 9 role but he has also shown that his game has more to it than just an aerial presence.
With the right service, Haller should continue to score goals. He netted against Crystal Palace and should have scored more. Desperate to bounce back from that disappointment, and earn a France call-up, Haller will be eager to get on the scoresheet against Everton.
