According to a report from The News, Brentford are concerned that they will have to sell alleged West Ham and Arsenal target Said Benrahma this summer.
Foot Mercato claimed last month that the Hammers and the Gunners are interested in signing the 24-year-old winger.
And SI claims that the Bees ace could cost as much as £40 million this summer.
David Moyes will surely be keen to add another attacking wide player to his ranks at the London Stadium this summer, with Andriy Yarmolenko and Felipe Anderson both allegedly facing uncertain futures at the club (Claret and Hugh).
And Mikel Arteta will be in the same boat at the Emirates.
Benrahama would be the ideal addition for either West Ham or Arsenal.
And if Brentford fail to secure promotion, The News claims that Bees boss Thomas Frank is concerned that he will have to sell the Algerian.
The 24-year-old has been absolutely on fire for the Bees this season. He has racked up 17 goals and eight assists in 40 Championship appearances for the west London outfit (Who Scored).
In those outings, Benrahma has averaged 3.9 shots, 2.2 key passes and 2.9 dribbles per game (Who Scored).
£40 million does seem like a lot of money, however, considering the current financial climate in the game.
If Brentford do remain in the Championship though, they will surely be open to selling him for less than that amount.
And West Ham and Arsenal will undoubtedly be keeping an eye on the Bees situation at the end of the season.
The London duo could end up having a clear run at Benrahma if Brentford fail to reach the Premier League this term.
