The 26-year-old joined the Hammers on an initial loan deal from Brentford in October last year.
His move was then made permanent in January.
Benrahma made a slow start to life at the London Stadium, despite showing the odd flash of brilliance.
It seems as though the Algeria international is ready to rip it up in the Premier League this season, however.

The former Brentford man put in a scintillating display at St James’ Park against Newcastle this afternoon. He was quite simply too hot to handle at times.
Benrahma scored a goal and provided an assist for Michail Antonio. He certainly looked to be well worth the £25 million that West Ham paid to secure his services.

If Benrahma maintains this kind of form, he can be a real stand-out player in the Premier League this season.
The Algerian ace seems like he has finally won over David Moyes. His incredible skill is a given, but the work he put in today was really impressive as well.
