West Ham United released their new away kit for the upcoming season today, via the club’s official Twitter account.

The home kit that was recently released was met with fierce criticism from the Hammers fans – it was a shocker in all fairness.

However, the same cannot be said about the away strip – it really is a thing of beauty!
And there was something very interesting to take away from today’s kit launch…
18-year-old features heavily in new West Ham away kit launch pictures, and it means only one thing
Divin Mubama played a key role for the Hammers under-18s and under-21s last season. He produced the goods for the first-team as well, scoring one goal in the Europa Conference League. The teenager was unlucky not to have two to his name as well, after harshly having a goal ruled out against FCSB at the end of last year.
And now it seems as though he’s ready to make the step up to the first-team.
Mubama featured in the new West Ham away kit release today:
Mubama will have a huge role to play for West Ham this season and beyond in my opinion, especially if Michail Antonio leaves the London Stadium.
The 18-year-old striker possesses absolutely everything needed to go on and become a huge success with the Hammers in the Premier League.
He won’t be starting every week this season, that’s for sure, but he should be given plenty of opportunities by Moyes in the cup matches and the odd league game.
Divin Mubama modelling the new West Ham away kit means that he is firmly in Moyes’s plans for the upcoming season as far as I’m concerned.
