I was really looking forward to the new season starting and my Dad bought me the new home kit. It’s the best kit I have had and he said if I am good he might buy me the away one too.
The Bobby Moore Fund contacted me and asked me if I would help them and collect at the West Ham pre season friendly versus Parcos Ferreira. I asked all of my friends to help and we sold Bobby Moore Fund wristbands and badges. Mr Gold saw me collecting and came to say hello and made a donation too. We always have a photo together and he says I am nearly as tall as him now. Sometimes he takes a photo on his phone too. I collected £700 with my helpers at the match. My total is now £124,000 in funds and Stephanie Moore says that my television appearances, newspaper and radio interviews have raised over £1 million in awareness for The Bobby Moore Fund. Stephanie says I will never know just how many lives I have saved.
I have recently received a letter from The British Red Cross to tell me that I have been shortlisted for a humanitarian award. I need to go to the award finals on the 5th October to see if I win. It will be the day after what would have been my Nanny’s 65th birthday so I really hope I can win for her. Cancer Research UK has nominated me for Pride of Britain but I really don’t think I will win that. It is nice to be nominated and it raises a lot of awareness for the charity.
This week I am going on holiday to Italy to see the Martelli de Italia, the Italian Hammers. I am really excited to go on holiday and see them because they are kind to me and help me lots. The recently asked Paolo if he would sign a shirt for me to auction. Paolo is kind too and helps me sometimes.
I will tell you all about my holiday and I will take lots of photos to share with you.
